17th March 2026 Following last week’s interim relief hearing at Cardiff High Court, the Court has placed important restrictions on GreenGEN’s survey access pending the full Judicial Review hearing. This means GreenGEN has not been given free rein to enter land. Instead, the judge allowed only limited access for certain time-critical ecological surveys, and only on a restricted basis.
